Patron

• All the State Committees can now recommend IYA well-wishers and supporters as ‘Patrons’.
• The Patrons can become involved the State Chapter Committee meetings in advisory roles.
• The minimum contribution should be INR 1,00,000/- annually. As a Patron, you will also be made Life Member of IYA
• IYA is a 80G 12A organisation under Income Tax Act,1961 section 12AA read with section 12A and 80G(5)(vi). This would entitle all donations to IYA 50% tax exemption on taxable income. Patrons are eligible for this provision with exception for Membership fees.
• Patrons are entitled to a free copy of e Monthly -English Yogavani every month. Kannada Yogavani will also be sent to Members from Karnataka.

Eminent Yoga (Manaad Sadasya)

• Membership Certificate, Unique ID and an ID Card.
• EYPs are entitled to a free copy of e Monthly -English Yogavani every month. Kannada Yogavani will also be sent to Members from Karnataka.
• The Membership selected by the EC based on their achievement’s in the field of Yoga.
• EYPs will be invited to Yogaspandana – sense the yoga online ಯೋಗಸ್ಪಂದನ – ಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ online series,

Life Member (Ajeevan Sadasya) – LM

Membership Eligibility

• Only by Invitation with a contribution of INR 10,000 for Indian Nationals and USD 1000/- for Non Resident Indians.

Membership Benefits

• Receive blessings of Yoga Gurus and Acharyas at IYA Events
• A LM would be provided a Unique ID, an ID Card and a Certificate of Membership (Digital format only). Certificate of Membership will be delivered by post / courier
• LMs are entitled to a free copy of e Monthly -English Yogavani every month. Kannada Yogavani will also be sent to Members from Karnataka.
• A LM will be eligible for discounts on publications of the member institutions as per agreement with the member institution.
• A LM would be eligible for discounts at events of the member institutions as per the agreement with the member institution.
• TEN select nominated LMs will have voting rights in General Body meetings of the Association
• LMs can be nominated Conveners / Members of Standing Committees / subcommittees at the National / State level
• All LMs are eligible to become Members of the nominated State Chapters
• All LMs can be nominated for the representation from IYA at various governmental and non-governmental for at the State / National level.
• LMs will be nominated for the representation from IYA at various governmental and non-governmental for at the State / National level.
• All LNs maybe recommended for various openings as resource persons including Master Trainers / Assessors under MSDE, IYA Academic, Accreditation, Publication and Research Activities, IYA Empaneled Trainers
• All LMs who have Yoga Certification will be eligible to participate in the upcoming Continuing Education for Yoga (CEYP) program
• Eligible for own Medallion from the Ministry, Government of India

Yoga Professional Member (Yog Prashikshak) – YPM

Membership Eligibility

• A Yoga Professional Member should have completed Certificate / Diploma / Degree / Master Degree / PhD in Yoga or any other course from a member institution of IYA.
• All certificates given through statutory education bodies and Skill Training at this level will also be considered for this Membership.
• YCB Level 2 and higher certificates will also be considered for this Membership. A copy of the certification would be required for confirmation of the Membership.
• The fee for Yoga Professional Membership is INR 1000/- for Indian Nationals and SAARC Nationals and USD 250/- for Foreign Nationals.

Yoga Volunteer Member (Yog Samarthak) – YVM

Membership Eligibility

• A Yoga Volunteer Member is any person who wishes to contribute to the overall development of Yoga and India Yoga Association.
• A Yoga Volunteer member need not have any pre-qualification in yoga. The Yoga Volunteer Membership has a nominal fee of INR 250/- for Indian National (Inclusive of SAARC nationals) and USD 100/- for Foreign Nationals.

• A YVM member would be provided a Unique ID and an ID Card. (Digital format only)
• YVMs are entitled to a free copy of e Monthly -English Yogavani every month. Kannada Yogavani will also be sent to Members from Karnataka.
• A YVM can join the FREE Online Gurukulam, an interaction with the Gurus and Acharyas.
• A YVM will be eligible for discounts on publications of the member institutions as per agreement with member institutions.
• TEN select nominated YVMs General Body meeting of the Association
• All YVMs are eligible to become part of the nominated State Chapters

Yoga Sahayaks – YS

Membership Eligibility

• A Yoga Sahayak Member is any Member who learns Common Yoga Protocol through KASCC.
• Yoga Sahayak fees includes YCB fees PLUS IYA PRCB PLUS KASCC fees of Rs 250/-

Membership Benefits

• YS are entitled to a free copy of e Monthly -English Yogavani every month. Kannada Yogavani will also be sent to Members from Karnataka.
• A Yoga Sahayak Member will be awarded Yoga Volunteer Certificate from the Yoga Certification Board and also Certificate of Completion from Karnataka State Chapter of Indian Yoga Association of Yoga Volunteer Certification (Common Yoga Protocol).
